The proximity to Hamamatsucho station made it easy for my travels, especially from Haneda Airport. However, I found the room a bit small and lacking in dining options nearby. I had a rocky start at Bayside Hotel Azur Takeshiba due to a broken air conditioning unit and a small room. However, after voicing my concerns, the staff upgraded me to a much better room on the 19th floor. The location was quite convenient, but the rooms could definitely use a renovation. Overall, I appreciated the excellent customer service and ended up enjoying my stay. 😊
